  • On-device detection of malicious URLs, images, voice calls, and video calls
  • Cloud-based AI analysis for deeper threat detection and correlation
  • Blockchain-based incident logging for transparency and immutability
  • Scam network analysis to identify and disrupt coordinated scam operations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use WARYEX. You represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration & Security

Certain features may require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify WARYEX immediately of unauthorized access or account compromise

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including:

WARYEX uses advanced AI to detect scams and malicious content. However, no security system can guarantee 100% accuracy. WARYEX is designed to assist users, but should not be relied upon as the sole security measure.

8. Blockchain Logging & Data Security

Verified scam incidents may be logged using blockchain technology. This ensures transparency and immutability. However, WARYEX does not guarantee prevention of all cybercrime or fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WARYEX will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from the use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WARYEX harmless from any claims or losses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

WARYEX may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue services. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and you must stop using the Services.
